Order Processing
We process orders in the order they are received, with an expected processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Please note, this processing period is separate from the transit time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, complete with a tracking number for your convenience.
Shipping Rates
For your convenience, all domestic orders over $100 are eligible for complimentary shipping via USPS Priority. Orders that do not meet this threshold will incur a flat shipping rate, determined at checkout once your shipping address is provided. All orders are dispatched using USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express services.
Domestic Shipping
AMSTERDAMA Luxury Collection offers shipping to all 50 states. Please be aware that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may require slightly longer transit times.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. An order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that the Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any items that are defective or damaged through our fault. As our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, they are insured, and we will assist in filing any necessary claims. While we are not responsible for USPS handling, we will work diligently with you to resolve any concerns. Kindly email photos of any damages, along with your order number to admin@amsterdamallc.com.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@amsterdamallc.com with your order number. Kindly note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
- For items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
